Nice staff, comfortable bed, close to the beach, pool, inclusive amenities.

It was a very new and clean hotel and you can just walk to the beach, not so far. The staffs were friendly and helpful and their food was nice.

As Phuket is a famous place for tourism, the hotel staffs seemed to mislead you to choose expensive deals of transportation, even though there is another cheaper way. Taxi fare also varies dependant on who you contact and how you bargain, so I recommend you to find one of the travel agencies, (very easy to find them, if you walk through the street nearby the hotel for 1 or 2 mins) and ask them how you can get to the airport by taxi or mini van(bus). The price range for the mini van(5-10 people share) is around 150~180 THB and taxi is 600~800 THB. There is no other airport bus, just a mini van.

The staff were very friendly. We even got a free upgrade in high/peak season as our room didn't have a safety deposit box as requested. The pool was small compared to others but it was fine and preferred as there were less people and it was more relaxing. The hotel was about 2minutes walk to the beach and it was just far enough that you did not get the traffic which can be quite loud especially in the morning. The 2 main streets on Patong beach are 1 way and we did 5 tours. Of the 5 tours we went on we were last or second last to be picked up and almost always 1st to be dropped off which after a long day was really good. The people who stayed were mostly couples and older people. Thuis was rated 3.5star but should be alteast a 4.5star.

This place is conveniently located near a boxing stadium and offers comfortable rooms with complimentary parking and tea/coffee at the bar.

Just a walk down to attractions, including patong boxing stadium. We recommend and return to the place. Next to the airport, 16 miles...

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and a bustling shopping center. Guests can enjoy the complimentary shuttle service to the mall as well. the rooms are clean with helpful staff always willing to assist. the breakfast spread is also good with plenty of options to choose from.

The beds in the rooms could have been more comfortable.

The pool.

All night every night I was woken by doors slamming from other guests in nearby rooms. I didn't expect other people to show the courtesy that they should, but the hotel needs to install door closers on the doors to prevent this happening in the future. Didn't have a single good night of sleep due to the noise.

The hotel is located close to the beach and several restaurants, making it a convenient spot for travelers who want to explore the area on foot. the pool area is lovely and offers a great place to relax after a day out.

The breakfast buffet could be improved, as the options were limited and not very appealing. We also found that the housekeeping service was slow, with our room not being cleaned until mid-afternoon.

I like the excellent position of the hotel and the staff always want to help you at all times....the best value for the money for family

This hotel is located in such a great spot that it's only a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of tasty restaurants and coffee shops around. The hotel facilities are nice, especially the pool and the spacious and clean rooms that come with a DVD player. The staff is so friendly and always there to help, answering any questions I had. The parking was excellent and convenient who want to bring their own transportation.

The rooms are spacious & modern, very clean, good bathroom (water pressure great), room decore is very decent, breakfast is quite good, swimming pool nice although not large, just 5 mins walk to the beach, more relaxed area being in the north of patong away from the hustle-bustle & all the boozing. Hotel staff helpful & polite. Good value for money.

Very near a large construction site although with the air conditioner running, the noise is not largely noticeable & the site is not working from late evening til early morning. However, had periodic unexplained loud noises throughout our stay of seemingly slamming doors/shutters & floor scrapings as if dragging furniture. Notified the reception staff however they had no idea & these unexplained noises continued. The hotel is a good 20-30 minutes walk from the action of Soi Bangla so if you don't like walking or are not happy to be ripped off by the local taxi mafia, this may not be the hotel for you. However if you are not into boozing &/or womanising & are happy to rent a motorbike or car, this hotel may suit you.
